Shipping policy

1. Shipping method

• Nationwide delivery.
• All orders are shipped via third-party partners (GHTK, Viettel Post, HeyU) to protect customers’ rights and meet their requirements.

2. Delivery time

• Orders within the wards of the former Hải Dương City*: express delivery within 2–3 hours (service provided by HeyU, Grab).
• *Wards of the former Hải Dương City: Hải Dương, Lê Thanh Nghị, Việt Hòa, Thành Đông, Nam Đồng, Tân Hưng, Thạch Khôi, Tứ Minh, Ái Quốc.
• Orders in other wards of Hải Phòng City and other provinces/cities: delivered within 2–7 days from successful order confirmation (service provided by GHTK, Viettel Post).

3. Shipping fee support policy

• Orders within the wards of the former Hải Dương City: free shipping for orders over 600,000 VND.
• Orders in other wards of Hải Phòng City and other provinces/cities: shipping fee support up to 50,000 VND for orders over 1,000,000 VND.

4. Checking order status

• Orders within the wards of the former Hải Dương City: please contact hotline 0888 666 331.
• Other orders: please use the tracking number to check the shipping status on the carrier’s website, or contact hotline 0888 666 331.

5. Re-delivery policy

• If you have not received your order, it will normally be re-delivered up to 3 times in accordance with the carriers’ regulations.
